Dr. Haslem (Chief Hopper) 8/7 - 8/19

We had endless in-person and over the phone consultations in trying to decide upon the best attack. We even spent a week at Primary Children's Hospital for testing, oncology consults, and central line & gastric tube placement. In the end, after a horrible experience at Primary Children's Hospital, we decided on Dr. Haslem and the Dixie Regional Cancer Center team because he connected with Torri and her parents and Torri's aunt works at the chemo infusion clinic. Dr. Haslem went above and beyond to offer Torri the best treatment she could get in the US, right in our hometown. Torri was not a candidate for any of the research going on in the US because her cancer type normally only affects adults and therefore the studies exclude those under 18. Dr. Haslem is truly Chief Hopper and is playing a large role in the battle to kill the Demogorgon.
