Battle #4

Chemo round #4 infusing today. This feels both like a blessing and a curse. We know that the chemotherapy is working to shrink the tumor but we also know that it is causes severe body aches, nausea, vomiting, and lethargy. One of our allies is Intermountain HomeCare Pharmacy who has armed us with IV Fluids, IV Zofran, IV Phenergan, IV Toradol, IV Dexamethasone and the ability to access her central line whenever we need to. The Intermountain Enteral Team has armed us with all the supplies necessary to provide Torri nutrition via her gastric tube which has allowed her to maintain her weight even with several days of non-stop vomiting. We are blessed not only to have these members on Team Torri's side but SOOO many others. THANK YOU! Now let's get to killing this demogorgon and shadow monster!
